Domestic & International Delivery

We process all orders within 1-3 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Shipping time may vary due to product availability. All packages are provided with tracking numbers. Sabrina's Closet reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package(s) delayed by postal services. 

Please note that any taxes and customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

Please note that these are estimated arrivals times. Weekends and public holidays are not included. 

CANADA

Canada Post - Regular Parcel (1-7 business days) $15

UNITED STATES

Canada Post – Expedited (2-7 business days) $25

INTERNATIONAL

Canada Post – International  $65 

Return Policy

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest concern, so please take the time to familiarize yourself with the following conditions:

CONDITIONS

  • We currently only accept returns from within Canada. We do not accept returns for USA & International purchases.
  • All returns are are subject to a 6% restocking fee
  • Returned items must be shipped back with tracking within 72 hours of receiving your order. Any returns shipped after this timeframe may be denied. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags, shoe boxes, duster bags (where applicable).
  • The Sabrina’s Closet return tag must be in tact.
  • Shipping and import fees are non-refundable
  • All sale items are final sale.

Once Sabrina’s Closet has received your return package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Sabrina’s Closet reserves the right to refuse a return if items are not returned in their original condition, have any noticeable scents, or does not follow the conditions above. You will be notified via email if the return is not accepted. If the return is refused it will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer’s cost.

Processing time for refunds is 5 business days from the date that the return item is received by Sabrina’s Closet. Please allow 8 business days during holiday periods. Once the refund has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Email info@sabrinascloset.com to request a refund. Make sure to include your order number in the email.
  • We will email you a return form.
  • Fill it out and include it in your parcel
  • Return item(s) to the following address

Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer. Return shipping must include tracking.

ADDITONAL INFO

Goods are the buyer’s responsibility until they are safely returned to Sabrina’s Closet. Sabrina’s Closet will not issue refund on items that are not received or lost in transit.
